                    ZW-FJY series Wing type air flow measuring device With small pressure, short straight pipe installation, stable characteristics measurement. Suitable for circular or rectangular pipe with the measurement of air flow control technology, load, fuel and air distribution of power station boiler has realized the online detection and coordination control, but at present there are still many units because of pipeline or measuring device selection and configuration is not reasonable, and the ventilation quantity is not difficult to measure accurately, resulting in boiler load. Air and fuel quantity can not be put into automatic, cause unstable combustion, flue gas flow is not uniform, the boiler efficiency is decreased, and the coal mill ventilation shortage caused by blockage.

                    Two, work principle:

                    ZW-FJY series wing wind measuring device adopts a wing shaped throttle throttle type flow sensor. The structure principle diagram as follows:

                    6, has a unique airfoil, can produce large differential pressure, stable measurement with high precision.

                    7, the core throttling element is streamlined airfoil shape, the drag coefficient reached Zui limit. The pressure loss is smaller, the pressure loss generated does not exceed 14% of the value of differential pressure.
