盘式(shi)制动(dong)器结构(gou)相(xiang)对(dui)于鼓(gu)式制动器(qi)来说(shuo)比(bi)较(jiao)复(fu)杂(za),对(dui)制动(dong)钳、管(guan)路系(xi)统(tong)要求也较(jiao)高,而且(qie)造价(jia)高于鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)器。如(ru)果(guo)制(zhi)动块(kuai)的摩擦(ca)片(pian)与(yu)盘(pan)的间隙磨(mo)损加大,制动(dong)时(shi)密(mi)封圈(quan)变形达(da)到(dao)极(ji)限(xian)后(hou),活(huo)塞(sai)仍(reng)可继续移(yi)动,直到(dao)摩(mo)擦(ca)片压紧制动盘(pan)为止(zhi)。解除(chu)制(zhi)动后,矩形橡(xiang)胶密(mi)封(feng)圈(quan)将活(huo)塞(sai)推(tui)回的(de)距离同(tong)磨损之前(qian)相同,仍(reng)保持标(biao)准(zhun)值(zhi)。
对于高速(su)行驶(shi)的轿(jiao)车(che),由(you)于频(pin)繁(fan)使用制(zhi)动(dong),制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)的(de)摩(mo)擦将(jiang)会产生大(da)量的(de)热,使(shi)制动器(qi)温(wen)度(du)急剧上升(sheng),这些热(re)如(ru)果(guo)不能(neng)很好地(di)散(san)出,就(jiu)会(hui)大大影响制(zhi)动(dong)性(xing)能(neng),出(chu)现所(suo)谓的(de)制动效能(neng)热衰退现(xian)象,这可不(bu)是闹(nao)着玩(wan)的(de),制动器直接关乎生(sheng)命。仅(jin)从这(zhe)一点(dian)上(shang),目前,在架(jia)桥机(ji)起重(zhong)机(ji)上前(qian)后轮都(dou)已经(jing)采用盘式制动器(qi)。
现(xian)在我们(men)时(shi)下开的(de)大部(bu)分(fen)轿车(che)采用(yong)的(de)还不完全(quan)是(shi)盘式(shi)制动(dong)器,而(er)是前盘后鼓(gu)式混(hun)合(he)制动(dong)器(qi)(即前轮(lun)采(cai)用(yong)盘式(shi)制(zhi)动器(qi)、后轮采(cai)用(yong)鼓式(shi)制动器),这(zhe)主要是(shi)出(chu)于成本(ben)上(shang)的(de)考(kao)虑,同(tong)时(shi)也(ye)是(shi)因(yin)为(wei)汽车在紧(jin)急(ji)制动时,轴荷前(qian)移,对前轮制动的(de)要(yao)求比较大(da),一(yi)般(ban)来(lai)说(shuo)前轮(lun)用(yong)了(le)盘式制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)就够(gou)使了,
与鼓(gu)式制动器(qi)相比(bi),盘(pan)式制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)表(biao)面(mian)为(wei)平面且(qie)两面传(chuan)热,圆盘旋转(zhuan)容(rong)易冷却,不(bu)易(yi)发生(sheng)较(jiao)大变形(xing),制动(dong)效(xiao)能(neng)较(jiao)为稳(wen)定(ding),长时(shi)间(jian)使(shi)用后制(zhi)动(dong)盘因(yin)高(gao)温(wen)膨胀使(shi)制动作用(yong)增强;而(er)鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)器单(dan)面传(chuan)热,内外(wai)两(liang)面温(wen)差(cha)较大(da),导致(zhi)制动鼓(gu)容易(yi)变(bian)形,同(tong)时(shi)长时间(jian)制动(dong)后(hou),制(zhi)动(dong)鼓因高温(wen)而(er)膨胀(zhang),制动(dong)效能(neng)减弱(ruo)。
另(ling)外,盘(pan)式(shi)制动(dong)器结(jie)构简(jian)单(dan),维(wei)修方(fang)便(bian),易实现制(zhi)动间隙(xi)自动调(diao)整(zheng)。盘式制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)的(de)不(bu)足之处(chu)在(zai)于摩擦片(pian)直(zhi)接(jie)作(zuo)用在(zai)圆盘上,无(wu)自(zi)动摩(mo)擦(ca)增力作用,制(zhi)动效能(neng)较(jiao)低,所(suo)以(yi)用于(yu)液(ye)压制动(dong)系(xi)统时若(ruo)所(suo)需(xu)制(zhi)动促(cu)动管(guan)路(lu)压(ya)力(li)较高(gao),须另行装设动力(li)辅助(zhu)装(zhuang)置(zhi);兼用(yong)于(yu)驻车(che)制(zhi)动(dong)时,加(jia)装的(de)驻车制动(dong)传动装(zhuang)置比(bi)鼓(gu)式(shi)制动器要(yao)复(fu)杂
