盘式(shi)制(zhi)动器(qi)结(jie)构(gou)相(xiang)对于(yu)鼓(gu)式(shi)制动(dong)器(qi)来说(shuo)比较(jiao)复杂(za),对(dui)制(zhi)动(dong)钳(qian)、管(guan)路(lu)系(xi)统(tong)要求也较(jiao)高(gao),而(er)且(qie)造(zao)价(jia)高(gao)于鼓式(shi)制动器。如(ru)果(guo)制(zhi)动块的摩擦(ca)片与(yu)盘的(de)间(jian)隙(xi)磨(mo)损(sun)加大,制动时(shi)密封圈(quan)变形达到(dao)极限后(hou),活(huo)塞仍可(ke)继(ji)续(xu)移动,直到摩(mo)擦片压紧制动(dong)盘(pan)为止(zhi)。解(jie)除制动(dong)后,矩形橡(xiang)胶(jiao)密封圈(quan)将活塞推(tui)回的(de)距(ju)离同(tong)磨损之(zhi)前(qian)相同(tong),仍(reng)保持(chi)标(biao)准(zhun)值(zhi)。
对于高(gao)速(su)行(xing)驶(shi)的(de)轿车(che),由于(yu)频(pin)繁(fan)使用制动(dong),制(zhi)动器(qi)的(de)摩擦(ca)将(jiang)会产(chan)生(sheng)大量的(de)热(re),使(shi)制(zhi)动器温度(du)急(ji)剧上升(sheng),这些热如果不能(neng)很(hen)好地(di)散出(chu),就会大(da)大影响(xiang)制(zhi)动(dong)性能,出现所(suo)谓的(de)制(zhi)动(dong)效能(neng)热(re)衰(shuai)退(tui)现象(xiang),这可不(bu)是闹着(zhe)玩(wan)的(de),制(zhi)动(dong)器(qi)直(zhi)接(jie)关(guan)乎(hu)生(sheng)命(ming)。仅从(cong)这一(yi)点(dian)上(shang),目前(qian),在架(jia)桥(qiao)机(ji)起重(zhong)机上前(qian)后(hou)轮都(dou)已经采(cai)用(yong)盘(pan)式(shi)制(zhi)动器(qi)。
现(xian)在我们时下(xia)开(kai)的大(da)部分轿车采用的(de)还(hai)不(bu)完全(quan)是(shi)盘式(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)器,而(er)是前盘后鼓(gu)式混(hun)合(he)制(zhi)动器(qi)(即(ji)前轮(lun)采用(yong)盘(pan)式制(zhi)动器、后轮(lun)采(cai)用(yong)鼓式(shi)制(zhi)动器),这主要是出于(yu)成(cheng)本上(shang)的考虑(lv),同(tong)时(shi)也是因为(wei)汽(qi)车在(zai)紧急(ji)制动时,轴荷(he)前移,对前(qian)轮(lun)制动的要(yao)求比较大(da),一(yi)般(ban)来说前(qian)轮用(yong)了盘(pan)式制(zhi)动器就(jiu)够使了,
与鼓(gu)式(shi)制动器(qi)相(xiang)比,盘(pan)式制动(dong)器工(gong)作(zuo)表(biao)面为(wei)平(ping)面且两(liang)面传(chuan)热,圆盘(pan)旋转(zhuan)容易(yi)冷却,不(bu)易发(fa)生较(jiao)大(da)变形(xing),制(zhi)动(dong)效(xiao)能较为(wei)稳(wen)定(ding),长(zhang)时(shi)间(jian)使(shi)用(yong)后制(zhi)动(dong)盘(pan)因高(gao)温(wen)膨(peng)胀(zhang)使制(zhi)动(dong)作(zuo)用(yong)增强;而鼓(gu)式(shi)制(zhi)动器单面传(chuan)热(re),内外(wai)两(liang)面(mian)温差较大,导致(zhi)制动鼓(gu)容易(yi)变形(xing),同时长(zhang)时(shi)间制动(dong)后,制(zhi)动鼓(gu)因(yin)高(gao)温(wen)而膨(peng)胀,制动效能(neng)减(jian)弱(ruo)。
另外,盘(pan)式制动器结构(gou)简(jian)单(dan),维(wei)修(xiu)方便,易实现(xian)制(zhi)动(dong)间隙自动调整(zheng)。盘式制(zhi)动器的(de)不足(zu)之处在(zai)于摩擦(ca)片(pian)直(zhi)接(jie)作用在圆(yuan)盘(pan)上(shang),无自动摩(mo)擦(ca)增(zeng)力作(zuo)用,制(zhi)动(dong)效能较(jiao)低,所(suo)以(yi)用(yong)于液压(ya)制(zhi)动系(xi)统(tong)时若所(suo)需(xu)制动(dong)促(cu)动管(guan)路(lu)压(ya)力较高,须(xu)另行(xing)装设(she)动(dong)力(li)辅助装(zhuang)置(zhi);兼(jian)用于(yu)驻车制动时(shi),加(jia)装的(de)驻车制(zhi)动传(chuan)动(dong)装(zhuang)置(zhi)比鼓式制(zhi)动器要(yao)复(fu)杂(za)
